This Chinese New Year, many of us will be celebrating with family and friends to greet the New Year. Needless to say, the celebrations will be accompanied by endless feasting, drinking and snacking with loved ones.
Even as you celebrate, it is important to remember that excessive indulgence can be damaging to your liver. Here are some common symptoms of liver damage to watch out for:
- Abdominal pain in the upper right part of the stomach
- Darkened urine
- Fatigue or excessive tiredness
- Loss of appetite
- Jaundice
- Light coloured stools
- Muscle aches and pains
- Unusual wight loss or weight gain
- Varicose veins
- Vomiting
